Students participate in tranquil yoga.Kwanita Reddick, Karen Keefe-Daguinsin, and Karen Spletzer have been teaching Tranquil Trap Yoga for students in 2nd-6th grade on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. This activity helps the students learn how to breathe, relax, and stretch to fun music. They are excited about being mindful and aware of building strong minds and bodies throughout their day!
